Cindy Epp, Founder & President

Cindy has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honour) from the University of Manitoba, as well as continued education on strategic planning including the Balanced Scorecard Master Class taught by the methodology founders, Dr. David Norton and Dr. Robert Kaplan. Cindy also has Prosci Change Management Certification and is a Certified Management Consultant.

Prior to starting EPP Management Consulting, Cindy was a consultant with Harris Leadership Strategies and Ernst & Young (EY). She serves on the Board of Ten Thousand Villages Canada and was one of the founding Board members of the Association of Change Management Professionals – Manitoba Chapter.

Strategic/Business Planning

Analyzed business, process and organizational issues for companies preparing for future growth and those experiencing performance challenges. Worked with leaders to examine and strengthen competitive positioning, corporate structures, reporting relationships, roles and responsibilities definition, organizational issues, business processes, leadership requirements and goal achievement.

Organizational Improvement

Improved organizational performance by examining the alignment of goal-setting, governance, finance, marketing, organization structures, policies, IT, business processes, culture, and human resource management. Led numerous business process improvement projects to document the current state and identify improvement opportunities.

Change Management

Worked with leaders in developing structured change management approaches to support organizational/cultural change through increased leadership, communication, training and support. Increased employee engagement and addressed employee resistance. Developed and delivered custom Change Management training.

Leadership Development

Provided training and team facilitation on leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, communication, and change management.
